The Beginning Of The SnorBan® Mouthpiece
My name is David Snyder; I have been a national award winning designer and builder of high end expensive homes for over 35 years. I have invented many products in my life that have been very well accepted by the public and I have been awarded a number of patents.
I developed the SnorBan® anti-snoring mouthpiece in 1994 as a result of my desperate search for a solution for my severe snoring and sleep apnea. I found that if I moved my lower jaw forward about ¼ inch I could not make the snoring sound while I was awake. So I devised a mouthpiece to hold my jaw forward while I slept. It worked. I continued to improve on the design until it became comfortable and easy to mold it myself to my mouth and teeth. I made 15 extra mouthpieces to give to my friends that heard that I found a good solution to this problem. It worked for them as well.
I decided that the world needed a device like this so I created a new business to share this with those desperate people like me that needed a solution to snoring and sleep apnea. I wanted the price to be as low as possible so everyone with a snoring and sleep apnea problem could afford to have one. Since I had other business interests I didn’t need to charge a lot for the mouthpiece. I am still charging less than competitors that now offer inferior imitation mouthpiece products.
We have been very successful with this SnorBan® mouthpiece business for 15 years as it is now sold all over the world. Our distributors have all come to me and asked to distribute the SnorBan® mouthpiece because it had worked so well for their snoring and sleep apnea problem.
So successful is the SnorBan® that many others have copied my mouthpiece and are selling an inferior product on the Internet in competition with the SnorBan®. Unfortunately for them my patent has kept them from being able to use the important design features that make the SnorBan® mouthpiece so comfortable and effective.
You will notice that all of those lower quality imitation product companies use a P.O. Box for an address, that is an indication they don’t want you to be able to find them if you need to.
We specialize in a good night’s sleep.
D. Snyder,
